Ramos has not already said he is pleased with Real Madrid and I am not sure but I think they just extended his contract. i Ramos as he really is a complete player who can play in virtually any position, but I find it almost impossible for Milan to do so. also the relationship between clubs of Milan and Madrid are not the best and it plays a role.
